GEO Generative Engine Optimization

When someone asks AI for a recommendation, hear your name.

Hundreds of millions of people now ask AI assistants what to buy, who to hire and which brand to trust. Generative Engine Optimization makes your brand easy for these models to find, understand, trust and cite — so you’re in the answer, not missing from it.

Sound familiar?

If you’ve said any of these, we should talk.

ChatGPT recommends our competitors, not us.

AI gets our pricing and services wrong.

We have no idea what AI says about our brand.

Totally normal — and fixable. Here’s exactly how we handle it.

What’s included

Generative Engine Optimization, done properly.

  • AI visibility baseline

We test the real prompts your buyers use across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Perplexity and record who gets mentioned.

  • Citation-worthy content

Original data, clear statistics, expert quotes and cited sources — the ingredients research links to higher AI visibility.

  • Brand mentions that matter

Presence in the reviews, comparisons, directories, communities and press that AI models draw on.

  • Entity consistency

One consistent story about your brand across your website, profiles and listings, so models don’t guess.

  • AI crawler access

Checking robots rules, rendering and page speed so AI search crawlers can actually read your site.

  • Share-of-voice tracking

Monthly reporting on how often and how accurately AI assistants mention you versus competitors.

How it works

From first call to compounding results.

  1. 01

    Content & mentions

Citation-ready content on your site plus earned mentions off it.

  4. 04

    Re-test monthly

Track mentions, citations and accuracy over time.

Is it for you?

Built for businesses like these.

  • Brands in categories where buyers ask AI “what’s the best…?” before shortlisting.
  • B2B and SaaS companies whose buyers use AI tools for research.
  • Businesses that noticed AI describing them incorrectly — or not at all.

Good questions

GEO questions, answered.

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?

GEO is the practice of improving how often and how accurately your brand appears in answers generated by AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. The term comes from a 2023 research paper by Princeton University and IIT Delhi researchers.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. AI answers vary by prompt, user and model version. What we can do is measurably improve the signals these systems rely on, and track your mention rate over time.

What actually improves AI visibility?

In the original GEO study, adding citations, quotations and statistics improved visibility in AI answers by up to 40%, while keyword stuffing performed worse than doing nothing. In practice, clear facts, credible third-party mentions and consistent brand information matter most.

Do I need an llms.txt file?

It doesn’t hurt, and some AI tools read it, but it isn’t a ranking switch. Google has said no special AI text files are needed for its AI features. We focus on the fundamentals first.
